Applicants should provide and pay for round-trip transportation and accommodation.

When the customs inspects the import and export of dangerous goods by sea, the consignor or consignor of the goods or their agent must be present and responsible for handling the moving, unpacking and packaging of the goods according to the requirements of the customs. When the customs deems it necessary, it may conduct inspections, re-inspections or take samples of the goods. The custodian of the goods shall be present as a witness.
