Points to note in maritime declaration of dangerous goods:

       1. Whether the declaration formalities are completed with the maritime administration agency directly or through an agent 24 hours in advance before the ship carrying solid bulk cargo enters the port or loads the goods;

       2. The "Declaration Form for the Carriage of Solid Bulk Cargoes on Ships" and the "Declaration Form for the Safety and Transportability of Solid Bulk Cargoes" must be completed and standardized.

       3. If the cargo is a substance that is easily fluidized, the shipper or its agent should submit the cargo's transportable moisture limit certificate and moisture content certificate. Sampling and testing of the cargo's transportable moisture limit should be carried out within 6 months before loading, and moisture content sampling and testing should be carried out within 7 days before loading. The organization that conducts sampling, testing and issues certificates and certifications shall be approved by the maritime administration agency.

  If it is for foreign trade transportation, proof that the goods have passed the third-party evaluation should also be submitted.
