Maritime Safety Administration dangerous goods declaration must be made 24 hours before the ship arrives at the port, and a qualified unit must be entrusted to declare to the Maritime Safety Administration.

       2. Product packaging usage appraisal result sheet (i.e.: dangerous package certificate);

       3. Product description: Chinese and English;

       4. Declaration form for safe transport;

       5. Ship carrying Marine dangerous goods cargo declaration form;

       6. Export declaration form and packing list (spare);

       7. Lithium battery type provides UN38.3 (spare).
