       Customs clearance process for maritime import of dangerous goods for paints and coatings:
       1. Import contract signed with foreign businessmen;
       2. Foreign businessmen prepare various documents (MSDS, packing list, invoice, etc.);
       3. Pay in advance and the foreign merchant will deliver the goods; or the foreign merchant will deliver the goods first and pay later;
       4. Dangerous goods shipping import Pick up the goods at the port, apply for inspection, customs declaration, pay relevant taxes and fees, and release the goods;
       5. If filing is required, the filing procedures must be completed before arriving at the port; (sample testing is required during filing)
       6. If the product passes the test, a chemical product registration document will be issued.
