Accept the declaration→ Review the documents → Inspect the goods→ Handle taxation→ Customs clearance and release.

       1. Use the exchanged bill of lading (1, 3) and attach the customs declaration documents to go to the customs declaration.

     Original packing list, original invoice, contract, duplicate import declaration form, original customs declaration entrustment agreement, and various documents involved in customs supervision regulations.

       Notes:

  Confirm the import tax rate. Confirm what supervision conditions are required for the goods. If various inspections are required, they should be reported to the relevant agencies for inspection before customs declaration. Documents required for inspection: inspection application form, original packing list and invoice, two copies of contract and import declaration form.

 

        (3) When the customs requires unpacking and inspection of goods, the station should be contacted in advance and allocate machinery to transfer the inspected boxes to the station designated by the customs. (The on-site station should confirm the container adjustment fee and container removal fee in advance.)

       2. If the goods are subject to legal inspection, inspection procedures should be completed.

   Inspection procedures will be handled at the destination.

  

       3. After customs clearance, you should go to the three inspection hall to handle the three inspections. Provide the box list, invoice, and contract declaration form to the inspection agency in the hall, and they will apply for inspection on their behalf. After applying for inspection, you can pay the fee at the unified window in the lobby and stamp the three-inspection release stamp on the white bill of lading.

       4. After completing the three inspection procedures, go to the harbor hall to pay port miscellaneous fees.

       After the port miscellaneous fees are settled, the Hong Kong side will return the delivery coupon to the picker for delivery.

       5. After the delivery procedures are completed, you can notify the yard you have contacted in advance to pick up the goods.

       Notes.

        (1) The dangerous goods import declaration company should first contact the port control room to make arrangements.

        (2) According to the number of suitcases, contact the storage yard and the vehicle will try to pick them up within the time required by the Hong Kong side. To avoid incurring transfer and storage charges.

  

       6. After heavy boxes are lifted from the storage yard to the venue, they should be removed in time during the free period to avoid delays.
