But despite this, problems often arise in actual use.      
       1. The packaging is incompatible with its contents. Incompatibility means that a chemical reaction occurs between the packaging container and the items it contains, thereby reducing the strength of the packaging and even causing damage to the packaging, resulting in leakage of the contents and accidents.
       2. The packaging used is unsuitable, mainly manifested in the following: 1. The weight or specific gravity of the dangerous goods contained in the packaging container exceeds the maximum weight or specific gravity of the contents that the package can carry. 2. The safety category of the packaging does not meet the packaging category required for the item. 3. Packaging without vent holes ships items that will release gas during storage and transportation. 4. The weight or volume of a single piece of dangerous goods contained in the packaging container exceeds the limits of the relevant dangerous goods transportation rules.
       3. Improper use of packaging is mainly caused by improper operation by staff during the loading and packaging process of goods, mainly including: 1. After loading liquid dangerous goods, the lid of the package is not tightened, causing the goods to leak during storage and transportation; 2. The inner packaging of the plastic bag is not heat-sealed well or the tie is loose, causing the goods to leak during storage and transportation; 3. When loading goods, the outer surface of the package is corroded or damaged.
       4. Use unqualified packaging. The physical and chemical properties of the packaging were not tested as required before use.
       5. Use packaging that has expired. It has been tested and qualified before use, but because it has not been used for a long time, the testing period has expired when it needs to be used. During the storage period, general packaging will be corroded by nature to varying degrees, resulting in a reduction in packaging quality and becoming a hidden concern for accidents during the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals.
       6. Wrong packaging labeling. The markings are different from the actual packaging, and some packages even have no markings at all.
